We usually provide our services depending on the tasks and schedules agreed upon by our customers. We customize our cleaning services to the size of the environment and the number of cleaning professionals needed to get the job done right. In some cases of more significant square footage, it can take one day or more to clean the entire work site.

What is the procedure for hiring a cleaning service for general cleaning, etc.?

After contacting us via email, telephone, or visits to our offices, we arrange a prior visit to your home, office, or premises at the time that best suits you to assess the service areas you want us to complete. We can then, in less than 24 hours turnaround and offer you the tightest possible budget without any commitment. After acceptance of services, we specify the date and time that best suits you to perform our quality cleaning services.

How is the service billed?

Our services are solely and exclusively billed for the effective hours that we perform services at the home or work site. We do not invoice for travel time or transport costs. We go above and beyond expectations for our customers. There are no hidden costs or service fees attached with our billing process.

How many hours of cleaning do I need?

Generally, with in-home cleaning maintenance, we usually recommend about 2 to 3 hours of scheduled service time. We like to provide a window for our customers to know how much of a potential disruption we will be within you schedule in fulfilling our duties. Cleaning times can vary a lot in companies if we are talking about a warehouse or a store. With more frequent cleanings throughout the week, our cleaning times are generally less intrusive to clients and customers. Therefore, we recommend that you tell us about your specific needs without any obligation so that we can make an adapted proposal.

Do we clean with products included or not?

You as the customer get to choose how you want the service, whether you buy the products and we use them, or if you want us to use our array of purchased products. However, for any specialized cleaning such as carpet cleaning, our ‘Green Clean’ or COVID-19 protocols, we have specific machinery that we utilize to ensure that the service you need is done effectively.

Can I cancel the service?

You can stop our services at any time. We will work with you to provide the services you need and not the services we think you need. Our cleaning professionals are here to consult and collaborate with you.
