Dwayne grew up in Jamaica and distinctly remembers his grandmother taking him to the hotel every weekend, where she worked as a housekeeper. As Dwayne grew up, he began to fully appreciate how his grandmother provided for the whole family through her hard work and dedication to her job. The passion for helping others and valuing a quality job done right have been nurtured by the experiences Dwayne witnessed watching his grandmother. As he grew older, Dwayne’s passion for helping others remained and his skills for producing quality work that satisfies customers flourished.
